     I am thrilled to offer you some of our area caregivers, here to serve and support you.  You will find *many* doulas to choose from - viva la differance!  I suggest you email or phone interview a few to get a feel for their style, experience and philosophies, and then make a face to face interview appointment with just a couple (or you'll really have too difficult a time choosing, honest!!).  I am honored to be in this profession and feel lucky that we, as a whole, are pretty non-competitive and very supportive of one another.  When I first started at this, there were about 3 of us to choose from, and many, many mommas got turned away, simply from the *over demand* and *lack of supply*. I am happy to have many wonderful sisters picking up the mantle and finding their place serving families in the birth world.
